Our cooking classes are great for corporate team building, birthdays, private parties and more! We offer sporadic classes open to the public as well as semi-private classes for small groups and full restaurant buyouts for larger ones.  

Participants will learn a fun kitchen skill or two while eating Mei Mei snacks and drinking local craft beer & wine. They'll go home with recipes and ideas (and dumplings to-go!) after a great time.

We currently offer public dumpling-making classes once every few weeks, and private classes upon request.

Minimum 6 students.
Our dumpling classes are 2 hours and include light snacks, chef-led dumpling folding instruction (two fillings, four folds) and reference handouts, lots of dumplings to eat and take home, and a bottle of Mei Mei sauce at $84 per student. Beverages are available for purchase by the organizer or by the students. If you're interested in specialized instruction or ingredients, additional food or drink, team building elements, a talk by our three-time James Beard nominated chef/founder, or anything else, let us know!

Mondays
All Monday classes are private with a 12 student minimum.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
Evening classes require a full-restaurant buyout.
Saturdays & Sundays
