Irene, one of the sibling co-owners of Mei Mei, teaches most classes and covers everything you need to make dumplings at home, from hand-folded shapes to perfect pan-searing techniques to custom built dipping sauces. Talk to her about dumplings, farms, and restaurant life. Take home a recipe card and all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own home dumpling party!
2 hour class with instructions on dumpling folding and cooking - we'll cover two fillings and multiple folding types
A recipe card and bottle of Mei Mei sauce to take home; choose from Cranberry Sweet & Sour, Apple Hoisin, or Smoked Maple Ginger
