Back by popular demand, we are offering more dumpling classes this spring! Choose between Monday, April 3 and Monday, May 1, from 6:30-8:30pm.

Learn the art of the handmade dumpling at Mei Mei, two-time winner of Boston’s Best Dumplings from Boston Magazine.  You’ll learn all you need to make delicious dumplings from scratch in a hands-on class led by James Beard-nominated Irene Li, one of the sibling co-owners of Mei Mei. 

This class covers everything you need to make dumplings at home, from hand-folding dumplings to learning a perfect pan-searing technique. You’ll get to fold as many dumplings as you can eat while you sip a non-alcoholic drink, or upgrade your ticket to enjoy two glasses of wine or local craft beer. Take home a recipe card and all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own home dumpling party!

Standard Tickets include:

  • 2 hour class with instructions on dumpling folding and cooking - we'll cover two fillings and four different folding types

  • Recipe handouts
